About the Program

Those who dedicate their lives to nurturing children often have the least space to care for their own hearts and nervous systems. The Educator Support Circle is a specially designed, professional-discount group coaching program for teachers, early childhood educators (ECEs), childcare providers, educational assistants (EAs), and anyone working directly with children.

Grounded in evidence-based modalities—including Attachment Theory, Interpersonal Neurobiology (Brain Science), Polyvagal Theory (Nervous System Science), Emotional Coaching, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and Connection-Based Approaches—this 12-week program supports professionals who manage high-stimulation environments daily. Here, you will learn to understand your own nervous system and attachment patterns, allowing you to build sustainable, safe connections with the children in your care.

A Professional Sanctuary: In this circle, we practice:

  • Zero Judgment: A confidential environment entirely free from criticism, evaluation, or comparison.

  • Space, Not Corrections: Moving away from unsolicited advice to "fix" one another, focusing instead on honoring each educator's lived reality.

  • Authentic Sharing: A safe haven to process the complex emotional demands of the classroom from the heart.

  • Collective Resilience: Experiencing the restorative power of professional empathy and community support.

Together, Through Our Specialized Workbook, We Will:

  • Map Your Reactive Blueprint: Understand your unique relational patterns and emotional triggers in educational settings.

  • Decode Classroom Dynamics: Look beneath the surface to explore the hidden emotions and core needs driving children's challenging behaviors.

  • Master Co-Regulation: Learn practical, somatic tools to care for your own nervous system amidst stress and emotional overwhelm.

  • Discover New Pedagogical Paths: Draw deep comfort, wisdom, and fresh, connection-based perspectives from the shared stories of fellow educators.

This Circle is Specially Opened for You If:

  • You are a teacher, EA, early childhood educator, or childcare professional working on the frontlines of child development.

  • You often feel emotionally depleted, exhausted, or deeply overwhelmed by daily classroom dynamics.

  • You desire to understand children’s big emotions and behaviors from a completely fresh, neurological, and trauma-informed perspective.

  • You want to practically integrate and master a connection-based approach in your everyday professional practice.

  • You long to grow within a safe, highly supportive, and confidential community of fellow educational professionals.

  • You are ready to shift your professional paradigm from behavior control to sustainable, connection-centered relationships.
